“I bought one of your supplements at a store, can i return through you?”

We value our partnership with our many retailers and never overstep their policies. If a product was bought through another store, you must contact them directly for an exchange, return or refund as they have their own procedures to follow.


“I just placed my order and changed my mind, am I able to cancel it and be refunded?”

Please be advised that once an order is placed, they are not eligible to be refunded. Please pay attention throughout the checkout process for totals after taxes and shipping fees.


“I missed your promotion by one day, am I still eligible to receive it?”

Promotions are only honoured up until their expiration date and time. There are no exceptions. If you wish to to be aware of the different promotions sign up for our newsletter.


“I bought your product and it did not give me an instant erection. If it didn’t work for me can I get a refund?”

These products are all natural and results will vary from person to person. Please keep in mind that products such as our Forta for Men is not formulated to give you an erection, but will help you maintain one. Please be sure to follow the recommended dose listed for each of our products. As stated above, no refunds are given due to the nature of the products.
